MELBOURNE (August 8, 2023) - լƵ, a global EdTech company that partners with leading universities to create innovative and in-demand online education programs, has been recognized as the eighth best place to work on the Best Place to Work in Australia list by WRK+, an Australian-based global workplace research and consulting firm, in the more than 100 employees category.

լƵ provides course design and development, program-focused marketing, student recruitment and support, and clinical placement support for many leading universities. Keypath partners with universities across Asia-Pacific and North America, and acts as an extension of each partner’s team, focused on delivering high-quality educational experiences while expanding the scope and reach of the partners’ offerings.

With a collaborative team across Asia-Pacific, լƵ has employees working across the region to support its 14 education institutions. Keypathers in Australia enjoy comprehensive benefits to support the employee experience and employee wellbeing, including complete choice of where to work – from home or from the office, additional paid leave, toolkits to support mental health, and supportive and clear pathways for career progression and development, including subsidized university degrees.

“For the third successive year, լƵ Australia has been recognized as an official Best Place to Work,” said Ryan O’Hare, Chief Executive Officer, Australia & Asia-Pacific. “Growing a great culture is not easy, enhancing and furthering one is even harder. This award reflects our relentless efforts to maintain a strong, inclusive, welcoming, and diverse culture for all. Thanks to all the Keypathers across this great organization who make us what we are.”

Each company participating in the Best Places to Work study earns a score based on two factors: employee responses to Engaging People© and the WRK+ Culture Insight©, an evaluation of the organization's policies and procedures in specific people and operations practice areas.

“We are ecstatic to be recognized as a Best Place to Work for the third year in a row,” said Kat Cliff, Executive Director, Human Resources լƵ Asia-Pacific. “We constantly challenge ourselves to build a better employee experience — when we enable Keypathers to do their best work and thrive inside and outside of the workplace, it’s reflected in brilliant experiences for our students and our education partners. This award reflects the diverse and inclusive culture our people have created – so thank you to every Keypather.”

The 2023 Best Places to Work study was conducted between September 2022 and June 2023. The results represent 43,047 Australian-based employees from 101 organizations. The study recognizes organizations in two size categories: under 100 employees, and over 100 employees.
